( They are hiding the true reason for their ire) You mean to tell me that Lebron James can have a triple-double in game 5 in the 2011 finals, but some people still manage to say that he choked just because The Heat lost the finals to Dallas ( KD didn’t have a triple double in the 2012 finals, and the Thunder also lost to the Heat, does that mean that KD had choked) ( Why are they distorting Lebron’s achievement? And even more importantly why the people around Lebron let them get away with it and not push back more with stats and sound reasoning?) You mean to tell me that Lebron has taken 13 last second final shots in his career playoffs and made five to either tie or win the game, Kobe has taken twice that number and only made seven, but somehow It’s Lebron’s clutch performance that was being questioned..and why has the people around Lebron not pushed back against those distortions more forcefully with sound reasoning, stats, and sound logic? You mean to tell me that in the year 2012 many white journalists can still manage to lie and distort the achievements of perhaps the greatest athlete of our generation just because an issue had become RACIALIZED ( the black athlete Lebron Vs. the white owner Gilbert), and Blacks in sports media simply sit back and not push back against the lies and distortions by doing their due diligence with stats research and sound logic and reasoning to push back against those clowns. Dear LeBron (and a side note for Nancy Parsons),

I just wanted to say thank you. Your shoes have possibly saved my moms life. She had a stroke and was in a coma for three days. I was at the hospital and I said to her “Mom, you remember these shoes you bought me a couple of weeks ago?” They were a pair of LBJ9 PS Elite White/Gold… She than woke up and said very softly something like “Lebron, I remember…” I was in tears.

I told her that I was never going to wear them when she first bought them for me and that I was only going to have them as a collectors item. After she had her medical problem, I started wearing them everyday for good luck. I also bought two more pairs, the home edition and the all black ones with the gold swoosh. Who knows? Maybe they are my lucky shoes and I thought that I should get more just in case…

Anyways, just wanted to share my miracle with you and perhaps your
shoes had something to do with her waking up. Maybe your presence could
possibly help many others such as Dillon Pearson but I understand you
are a very busy man and one man can only do so much.

volunteering is not a burden on one’s life.
While you are mowing your grass,
or cooking dinner, or even window shopping, you could be molding our children
of today into our future of tomorrow.

Our community volunteers (“Bigs”) are matched
with children primarily from single parent family homes (“Littles”). We have
approximately 100 matches in Summit and Medina counties, in addition to a wait
list of 100 children, 95% of those being boys.

We desperately need your assistance in this
matter, please give just a little of your time, to make a lifetime worth of
difference.

If you could please assist me in any way
possible in getting my information out, it would greatly improve our chances of
making a difference in our communities. If there is an opportunity to
come and speak about the program and how you and others can make a difference,
it would be greatly appreciated.
