Dave Spahn

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Dave got his start in the basketball industry working for a Chicago based scouting website called Illinoishsbasketball.com. He then switched over to local power ChicagoHoops.com, another scouting website that also specializes in running aau events, showcases, and combines. From there, Dave was offered and accepted a writing position with national publication SLAM Magazine and has had multiple pieces published. He has one younger brother (Brian, 18) and two younger sisters (Anna, 15 and Erin, 10). In his free time, he enjoys watching Chicago sports and spending time with family.
