I PROMISE Ltd. Ed. – The Long Brothers

This past December, LeBron was awarded the distinct honor of Sports Illustrated’s “Sportsman of the Year” at a ceremony in New York City. During this ceremony, his award was preceded by Conner & Cayden Long, and their award for SI’s “Sportskids of the Year.” Their inspirational story of love, brotherhood, and determination in the face of adversity moved the entire audience in attendance, including LJ. LeBron made a promise to the Long Family that day and was inspired to further instill the same values in his kids.

As a tribute to the Long Brothers, The LeBron James Family Foundation has released a new I PROMISE wristband to honor the promise that the Long family holds with each other, and the promise that LeBron keeps with his Wheels for Education kids. As always, you can pick up your I PROMISE bands at http://timetopromise.com/ where all proceeds go to youth educational programs in Akron, Ohio public schools.

The guys over at PMK teamed up with the good people from Pharrell Williams’ BBC IceCream to make a shirt for the Brooklyn Zoo’s.

If you don’t remember the Brooklyn Zoo’s were the custom Air Jordan 1′s that all the blogs in a tizzy, after Jay wore them to a Nets game. Check it out here.

Nike LeBron X “MVP” Sneakers

In honor of LeBron’s fourth MVP, Nike unveiled a special colorway of his latest signature sneaker, the Nike LeBron X (10). The shoe incorporates elements from many of the previous LeBron X colorways that have been released during the season. LeBron also wore the shoe during the beginning of Game 1 against the Bulls in the second round.

LeBron just received his fourth MVP in five years becoming only the second player in NBA history to do so after Bill Russell. In commemoration of this feat, our friends at Akron local store NEXT got together with UNDRCRWN to bring you this limited edition MVP T-Shirt.
