Cavs @ Sixers 1.5.15

Team LeBron | 1/7/2015

LeBron James | Did Not Play *Out For 2 Weeks*

Shorthanded already, the Cavaliers entered their game against the Philadelphia Sixers having Dion Waiters pulled at the last minute for a trade that would involve the Cavaliers receiving J.R. Smith, Iman Shumpert and a 2015 first round pick. Lou Amundson and Alex Kirk were also dealt in the three team trade.

Coasting with a 17 point lead, the Cavaliers would hit a cold streak that would give the Sixers the life they needed to come back. In the final seconds of the game, Dellavedova would miss two key free throws to extend the Cavaliers’ lead, and the Sixers would go on to hit the game-winning shot defeating the Cavaliers 95 - 92.

Another day of rest for the Cavaliers as the new-look Cavs will now return home to host the Houston Rockets on January 7th at 7:00 PM on FOX Sports Ohio. — Read more about the Cavaliers' loss here
