For more than two hours, 55 of Ohio State University’s business undergraduates engaged in an in-depth and informative conversation with Maverick Carter. As a guest of Eddie George’s “The Business of Professional Sports” class, Maverick shared with the students insights from his journey and lessons he’s learned along the way. Covering everything from his initial internship at Nike to where he sees himself in 20 years, the conversation pulled back the curtain for the budding entrepreneurs, many of whom hope to follow a similar path in the sports business sector.
